Utila Wallet.
This is a very unique set-up wallet. It offers 1 internal enclosed pocket for vertical cash or coins, 1 cash wrap horizontal pocket, which creates an extra card compartment when folded, and 1 eternal quick access cards with ample space for a few cards. You always have access to cards from the outside, and you can decide to fully access the wallet by using the snap button or use the flap closure to access the internal enclosed pocket for whatever you decide to store in it. Options, options, options. That's the beauty of this one.
Leather Info: made of full grain, vegetable tanned leather from top Italian Tanneries. Between 1.3 and 1.5mm thick.
Thread: 1mm waxed flat polyester threads.
Size: 85mm wide, 100mm tall, 15mm thick.

I have found that one can sift through and pull out the exposed bills in the front corner when the wallet is closed, which i thought was neat.

Hi there. This is Badalassi Carlo waxed pull-up leather. The main color (outside) is Olmo Brown, and the inside waxy Petrol. Beautiful, huh? Best wishes :)

Its very nice, but looks a bit bulky and the quick access slot does not look very secure. I love the option of holding coins and the cash wrap feature. Unfortunately, exposing the cash due to the diagonal cut would be too much of an eyesore. Something simple like the Lucais with a coin holder would be perfect, imo.

Thanks for your engagement and feedback or comment. I make all types of wallets. People have different tastes and types of carry. The Lucais wallet that you mention for example, it's far from my style or taste. I also don't love the Utilla wallet for my own carry, I personally like slimmer wallets and I don't carry coins. And yet, the Utilla wallet is my most sold, together with the Zela Wallet. The "issue" about exposed cash is not an issue. I showed in my video how this is not an issue. The wallet offers different ways in which you can carry your cash. Perhaps take a look at my other videos for different designs or take a look online. And stay tuned for other wallets that will be released soon, which might be of your taste. Thanks for being here :)

@@PateplumaCo. thank you for your kind response! My apologies for being nitpicky with the exposed cash issue which, as you stated, is easily remedied. I did see your other videos and you have a variety of wallets that are closer to what I'm looking for. All of your wallets are beautiful.

Hi, I am really contemplating buying this wallet, however I would like a size comparison, I am looking for a minimal wallet that will hold 8-10 cards and stores cash without folding it, this wallet fits the bill if it isn't too big & bulky. I am torn between this and the Open Seal leather top sider Bi-fold LT 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂🤦‍♂🤦‍♂

Hi there. Open Sea makes amazing wallets. They are one of my favorite companies and their wallets inspired me to love the world of wallets. So I won't get upset if you support them :) If you want a smaller wallet for unfolded bills, from Patepluma, I will recommend the Yohoa Wallet instead. And also an upcoming wallet, currently in prototype phase. I cannot share much about that one just yet, but I will very soon. Thank you for your question.

Many thanks for your reply, you are correct regarding Open Sea Leather, I live in Australia and discovered your work from the Walletopia channel, I then found your website and youtube channel. I took a look at the Yohoa which looks great but there is no stitching which I prefer. I will wait to see your up and coming wallet, also looking on your website currently and it is not displaying text properly, it is all down the left side in a vertical row, thought I would let you know 🙂

If from a mobile, make sure your browser displays the "mobile" and not the "website" version. But if there is an error it's more the website host, from my end it all works. Hi again, Can't wait for the new wallet reveal,.The error on your website is through the browsers, I am using chrome and when you click in to the store and select a wallet when the page opens all of the text describing the product is running vertical down the left side of the page in one big long line. This also happens in the edge browser.🤔 It displays correctly on a mobile device. 😁

The design seems to be great but finitions are not top notch ! The green interior leather part is not well adjusted, there's clearly too much material which creates a crease and even if was done on purpose the upper part that sticks out from behind is larger than the bottom part.

Perhaps it's not of your taste, but I wished to share the following with you: the inner piece of leather is showing in the front by design. It was my choice for it to show because I wanted a little extra pop of color in the front/outside. Otherwise the wallet looks too boring with one color in the outside. The Utila with the Zela wallets are my most sold. And if you go to my site, you can read only positive experiences from my customers. Thanks for the engament and for taking the time to look into Patepluma. The Utila is not a wallet for myself either, but I have many offerings, I personally carry the Zela Mini the most. I mean kudos on the design. I like it. But I think you shouldn't stop here. Right now it feels sort of unfinished. Just pool in all the feedback and use the wallet for a while yourself, and make changes. It could be made more streamline even with all the 'options'. It's just a matter of a bit more engineering and designing.
