Thank you so much for this video. I started Utrogestan daily vaginally but had to change to every other night because I became a zombie. I did not sleep for a week. I feel better with this option however its been only 10 days on HRT. I have found that also taking the estrogen and progesterone toghether at night helped me fall asleep. Thank you again for sharing your story.
