I've had the BoomPro for 5 years and paired it with the SHP-9500s for the last 3 years. Definitely best bang for buck gaming headset setup!

great video, i liked how you created this video with no cuts. i just purchased the boom pro to match with my 9500's.

The VModa Boom Pro is great. Pairs well with my SHP 9500 and perfectly with my Status Audio CB-1.

I have the model with the combo connector showed at 5:00 and uses it for audio calls with Bose QC35/Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Apparently the mic quality is good, that's what I hear from people I call. The concept though is far from optimal as I cannot hear my own voice through the headset.

Have a Bose QC35ii and bought these Boompros, now using a 3.5mm female to 2.5 mm male into the headset with this mic, I can hear the audio properly but the mic isn't working. Please help, is it some compatibility issue with the mic?

since it's line in arent there gonna be grounding issues if i connect the hd600 to my dac amp combo and connect the mic in to the usd sound card? doesnt the headphones and the mic use the same ground? since if they do thats the best way to fuck up your expensive amp and that counts as user error on warranty.

Can u please assist me? I’m looking to buy Bose 700 but want mic such as v-Moda boom pro to use for gaming. Do the v-Moda boom mic come with 2.5mm because Bose 700 is 2.5mm input. If not, please suggest similar mics with 2.5mm

Hi, I’m not sure if you’ll respond to this or not but thought I’d ask anyway… so I got a Philips over ear taph805 headphones with 2.5mm input and 3.5mm output aux cable. I tried plugging the 3.5mm into my ps4 controller and the sound works perfectly! However the microphone can’t be enabled. Will the senheiser boom mic work on my headset or should I look for a different cable?

You touched on the fact the 3.5mm doesn't work with the ATH-M40x in your video but I don't think I caught you confirm the alternative: will the 2.5mm FauxPro work with the ATH-M40xs? Or do I need to look elsewhere? Would love to have the FauxPro work. The Antilon ModMic looks fine but I'd prefer not to deal with an extra cord if I can help it. Thanks again dude.

Hi. Would the FauxPro 2.5mm work with Sennheiser's HD 450BT? I noticed the 2.5mm prong on the FauxPro seems a bit shorter than that on the 450BT's supplied cable. So even if the twist and lock fits, would the prong be able to reach the contacts inside the headphone? Thanks.

if i use them with an open back headphones will it be able to pick up the leaked sounds from the headphones !? i don't know if my friends on discord are gonna be happy with that or is there anyway to avoid that from happening?

when using with the shp9500 does the mic pick up the audio leak from the headphone?

Do they work with the sony wh-ch700n? Or do I have to make them smaller so they will fit? I haven’t bought them yet, but I want to play ps4 with the sony wh-ch700n, but ps4 can’t connect to them... Dang the 2.5mm one sounds absolutely awful. No where near as good as the 3.5mm. I didn’t think the quality would be so large. The 2.5mm had a very annoying boosted buzz to it.

How did you connect it to your computer to play games and discord ?
