Chris, Thank you for your comments, all of which I have read now. I'm glad these guides have helped you out so much and it means alot to hear your (& others) positive feedback. My only regret is that I didn't do more of these videos for the other bosses. Currently I am playing Ark and am having fun with this. Maybe I will return to V Rising when next big map change or update happens (not sure when that will be?). I too agree the bosses are nicely designed and all are unique somewhat from one another as is the game in general from any other in the survival genre.

@@GrizzlyPigg Just letting you know, I returned to the game myself for the 1.0 release and used the same strat to beat her again. I would give it another look, it's like a whole new game.

@@chriscotgrove9674 Currently playing a bit now. alot is new. Looks great though. Styx seems to be somewhere else now and probably very different mechanics since the last update.

@@GrizzlyPigg Yes, Styx the Sunderer is no more. Styx the Night Champion is in Gloomrot. I actually think the new mechanics for him are much easier than the original.

You can do it! It's just practice. One time u will surprise yourself and do it flawlessly and feel like a god :)

I have also done this in brutal and dont see much change in tactics since this gloomrot play. Gratz on getting him down!.
