I have the same setup and harness,i saw in video when rolling highway road you have high coolant temp,is that a problem for you?Also do you have A/C?Ihave the same problems
Yes I have ac can’t run ac much because it will start getting hot I plan to get rid of eBay fans and get some good brand fan that should solve the issues
@@Rubiconromp hahaha i cant run ac either,especially on hot days,i know Some guys which removed their ac condencer and saw much different but i dont want to remove it,so i oredred camaro ss fan!
@@Rubiconromp i have teraflex engine moutns and gas pedal bracket,hotwire suto harness with ceuise control,superior radiators radiator from ebay,spal 16” brushed fan (2280cfm) the stronger but its not enough
Hey Romp got a few questions regarding the Gas pedal, Fuel connections to the rails and power steering and ac compressor connections to the jeep Stuff. Did you use the Grand Cherokee DBW gas pedal? Did you make your own Pedal bracket or were you lucky and found a Teraflex Hemi gas pedal bracket? I have the 06 which I've learned makes this an easier swap with my fuel pump having a higher pressure able to feed the Hemi unlike the pre 05's I've heard. How did you connect factory jeep fuel line to the Hemi fuel rails? Any Adaptors you can recommend to aid in my install. Did you have to get custom power steering hoses to connect the Hemi PS pump to the jeep steering box? And were you able to get the Hemi AC compressor hooked up to the Jeep AC System?. I could really use the help with these things. I could slowly figure these out while im doing this but my 06 LJ is my daily and Im hoping to get the install down in a few handful of full weekends and not have too borrow some wheels for more then 4-6 weeks. Any help you can provide to maybe me keep me from getting hung up on this swap would be greatly appreciated. This is what I have already. 05 Hemi and trans from a 1500 Ram and the PCM, which I'll send to Chris at Hotwire. GC factory exhaust manifolds, GC DBW gas pedal, Holly Motor mounts and trans mount, Novak steering relocation bracket. I still need a radiator and trans cooler if the rad doesn't have one built in, Hotwire Harness, will have to make the gas pedal bracket since Teraflex doesn't make them anymore, most likely will have to fabricate my own. I know there's a lot of other little stuff that will probably slow me down. Hopefully you can help with that. Could use some helpful experience with this for real. Oh did you send your factory Engine harness and fusebox to Hotwire or did you source a spare from the junkyard and send that one to Hotwire. Chris recommended me sending my actual engine harness and fusebox to them from my 06 4.0 auto because apparently he said there's less issues that way. Only issue is he's 12-13 weeks out on the turn around for having my original harness reworked....Damn I say...
