I have been doing something similar. Even have an interval timer for my vacuum exercises.

Hello 😊 first of all congrats on the video, very informative. Second of all I have two quesitions, One; is stretching the abs beneficial if you are trying to get an smaller waist? Two; how good is the planck excersise for this very same goal? Gretings to you all !!

For stage 1 - how are legs arranged? Knees bent or?

Hi Adam, my question is with waist training for vacuum. What exactly is the correct way to do it because I have seen it different ways. First one, is exhale out all the air and not breathe/hold breath and the second one is exhale out all the air while breathing and contracting he entire time. I’m doing the latter. Which one is the the right way?

The first one. The latter defeats the purpose of a vacuum exercise.
