This 30 minute practice focuses on a rhythmic breathing pattern, Sama Vritti (equal breathing) to create a calm mind. This can be so important when facing challenge or during busy times in our lives. And, if you have a history of trauma, learning how to find equanimity in your mind and a stable ground for your practice can help you learn to let go.
