best start becoming vegan as pure toh milne se rahi aur milawat kha kar benefit ki jaga aur cholesterol and fatty liver lene se better olive oil me shift karliya jaye..as ghee pure toh apne ghar me hi hosakta hai woh bhi milk now depend but still thoda better bahar jo bhi khayenge log nothing pure toh risk lekar khana hai toh kbhi kabhar ke liye rakhlo par not for daily use untill unless 💯 % sure na ho us ghee ko lekar .
