These lovely vegan banana brownies are so rich, fudgy and unbelievably delicious! They are naturally sweetened by ripened bananas and coconut flower sugar (which is optional if your bananas are ripe and sweet enough). Coconut flower sugar is the boiled and dehydrated sap of the coconut palm and unrefined.
The two decorative toppings (Vanilla White Cream and Red Berries Paste) are specially created for this Valentine's Day, talking into consideration of health and balanced nutritional values.

8 small bananas/ 4 large bananas (the more ripe the better)
1/3 cup pure peanut butter (or almond butter)
1/3 cup pure cacao powder
1 TBSP coconut flower sugar, optional

1 - 2 tsp fresh lime or lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
