My friend sent me a link knowing I’m big fan of Jazz-Fusion… Living in New York for 30 years visited many local gigs of phenomenal, mega talented fusion Masters … Would have never imagined in wildest dream to listen form Russia (!!!) such a realm of refine sense of time & rhythm lavishly enriched with tasty syncopation … My sincere admiration to these talented musicians who’ve excelled to perfection in the country without sensible history, tradition and/or school of fusion-jazz. Bravo !

@@ernestlmorellsr What are you talking about? Russia has given the world some of the greatest music there is - geniuses of the highest order. It was a Russian named Igor Stravinsky who revolutionised 20th century music, harmonically and rhythmically ,influencing musicians from Charlie Parker to Frank Zappa and everything inbetween. Some of the most astonishing virtuoso musicians emerged from the Soviet era music schools. And of course there is the other Russian 20th century giant Shostakovich. And it's highly probable that there are many rock and jazz musicians the caliber of Valeriy Stepanov in Russia today but because of the west's insane anti Russia derangement syndrome , which has just reach a level of madness I would never have dreamed possible, we will never get to hear them. But as far as music history goes Russia was always far in advance of America.

Таких невероятных результатов можно достичь, если старательно с усердием посвятить музыке несколько десятилетий своей жизни, то есть всю свою сознательную жизнь. Обалденно круто конечно же, на уровне мировых звёзд, никак не меньше. Можно часами слушать, чтобы нейронные связи запоминали все эти красивые музыкальные фразы, чтобы привыкать мыслить хотя бы отдалённо так же красиво.

I've always mainly listened to Japanese Fusion over the years, Yuya Komoguchi, Trix, T Square, Casiopea, Tetsuro Sakurai etc, but I can't get enough of Valeriy, his composition and his skill. Fantastic music right here from all on stage.
