Good ole bow/atgeir shenanigans! Not much more to say, slight disclaimer, requires a mid to high level bow skill, so just don't die and use the bow a lot
Needle arrow staggerlock theory confirmed with amazing execution! That wiki line about staggering changes the plains tbh. Needle for ordinary, Frost for starred/wet targets I would say.
74-76 ish somewhere around there, on this run I strictly used the atgeir and the bow since they are the most broken and I was playing on the hardest difficulty. This is possible by not dying and going out of your way to snipe enemies.
