A veteran of several historic military operations including the Cold War, Operation Joint Endeavor and Operation Iraqi Freedom, Sgt. Over his 28-year career, Sgt. Major Pinion has served in a host of leadership positions. His firsthand experiences bring to life the stories of courage, sacrifices and resilience of the soldiers he served with. Now a Department of the Army Civilian in Virginia, he continues his commitment to service but from a different perspective.
