A Rank requirement: 6 turns.
If you aren't using the DLC scout gun (You can get it from the Scout trial) you can camp in the middle of the bridge. Just hug the rail on the right a little bit past the tank traps.
The tank near the wooden bridge usually misses, the Tank on the bridge will drive up and blast some bullets doing little damage and the Lancer is a wildcard.
Otherwise take your time plenty of turns available for A Rank if you want to go slow.

This isn't possible during your first run through the game. You must only be able to do this once you've beaten it and got that gun you're using from an event.

Yeah, but you still need the caution order and have higher running distance for the scouts. I cant get to the first bridge without dying...how did you get all these orders and better guns???

With awaken potential, defense, and caution on Alicia you can do it in one turn. I skipped the ace, but I had one CP left after I was done, so I could probably have killed the ace too.
