As always - great review! Valkyria was a really fun coaster, easily the best dive machine I have been on so far - the layout is much better than Krake or Baron 1898 😊
Great review! Having ridden Matugani, it's an incredibly fun ride, but it sounds like Valkyria is not only a worthy replacement, but is arguably a better fit for the park.
hell yeah nik is back!!!!! i love valkyria, will say cant remember the airtimehill but the ride is great personally i think the drop is better on valk than krake (wich is the only other i have ridden) north mythology is an amazing theme that should be used more, i know there is not a lot of areas to contest the north mythology area in liseberg nut that is my favorite area of the park. hope that djurs is gonna do something more with their north mythology section in the future and more parks in general but great video as always, i actually thought your next video was gonna be your top 25 but im not complaining (9:00 best joke ever!!!!!)
I would really love to see more Norse-themed coasters worldwide. We already have a lot, but I feel like it's got too much potential for there to be a limit. Djurs should definitely expand that area. And thank you! The work on the top 25 is underway already, but I cannot promise when it'll be uploaded.
Great and well made video! This definitely looks like a fun coaster! Are you going to make a review too of Lisebergbannen or however thats spelled ? Im guessing those are the big 4 coasters there so each of the big 4 would have a review. I would love to go to that park someday even if its not for a long time. Im sure Gothenburg is an interesting city as well.
@NorthernRidesYaBoi Thanks! I guess your next videos are your top 25 credits and Lisebergbanen review then. I would definitely love to watch both of those videos! Lisebergbanen looks really fun and interesting!
Our boy is back! Valkyria is just plain fun! It also fits on the list of Swedish coasters with amazing views (which is almost all of them, whats up with that?) I do agree with the drop though! I've only done baron 1898 besides this one and i gotta say the drop is better on baron. Maybe it has to do with the restraints, also going into the tunnel while your still going straight down is wat cooler then the leveling out that valkyria does.
@@2realmusicc Baron as coaster is underwhelming yes. But the overall experience is really nice, multiple preshows and the overall theming is very good. It's a lot better if you understand Dutch though, you lose a lot of the storytelling which is the thing Efteling is king at.
Ive never ridden Valkyria but I did ride Kanonen, god that thing was rerideable as all hell. Nice and intense and some basic but really well done elements! Just an absolutely great all-round roller coaster. I kinda miss it.
Damn i didnt expect myself watching this Masterclass at 2h17 in night, but Would this be better than Baron 1898? Theming Wise, no. Ride wise yes! Would love them the same ❤
I rode Oblivion at Gardaland and it was a damn solid coaster, definetly not the best, but it was still good. The drops on these Dive Coasters are phenomenal and definetly the main point of the ride, but the layouts after it are also just plain fun. Thoosies need to stop calling them One Trick Ponies, they are not, thoosies nowadays are just too spoiled with all the modern coasters.
Love Oblivion at Garda! I hope to re-ride it this year. And yes, the only one-trick-ponies of dive coasters are probably Oblivion in England and its Chinese clone, I would say. Even Krake slaps after the drop
Out of the three I've ridden, I personally put this as my weakest one only because of the vests. The layout, theming and look of the coaster is amazing, but I just can't dig those restraints man. That's literally the only reason why I place Baron 1898 and Oblivion (Alton Towers) above it.
the fact that ameica had a hanging drop coaster way before europe did and its taller and bigger states you dont know facts. because i rememeber riding it back in 2016. at bush gardens virginia
