VALORANT New Agent Teaser (Agent 26 Lore) 

Omen sure is helping with finding these new agents this past year.

giving femme fatale vibes well, this agent could be half-radivore, a full radivore, or another wicked person who controls/commands the plant-like powers to be like some sort of a monster plant, like zyra. and could be manipulating these kind of steel vines to trap opponents. i also wanna add that maybe they will recruit this agent (8th or 27th) to help find fade's whatever person she's looking for.

bro that ability to shapeshift into a plant/plant part is so cool, i hope they implement it in a practical way in the game

definitely a Sentinel and we might see some sort of trap that if you cross it you get wrapped by thorny vine which is where the rose comes from

There are so many possibilities as to what the vines might do. Deadlock's net? Cypher's wires? Fade's sticky ink? Sage's crystal field? It might even be like a Gekko shark that can trap enemies affected; maybe detaining them and/or even deal damage like Skye's dog. Or maybe, a Fade/Breach ult but it instead detains those caught in it.

I was thinking that the vine ability could be some sort of molly that damages you the more you move within it, maybe not doing any damage at all if you stay still. In this case it would still be a sentinel-type ability, locking players in 1 specific place.

another thing hinting towards the agent's theme is a rose on the middle right when you boot up valorant, ive been loving the theme hints on the side of the loading screens

im kinda happy that this agent will have lore before we get them in-game, kind of like fade. for all the agents we have had rn was literally "brimstone i found someone" "brimstone they want to join valorant" fade was a whole thing which was fun

Really hoping its a another Fancy agent like Chamber lol just look at the color scheme and the metal/ish texture to the rose

i think it s initiator cause the vine in the cinematic would like stun enemies, a bit like Maokai s ult in LoL, with a visual effect like Harbor s ult or Breach s ult it also makes me think of Zira in LoL

By seeing this card and a little teaser, I can say that the code name of this agent could be "Vine". And it's a Sentinal. Abilities : Vine wall and Ult counld be draging an enemy player to underground with her vines.

Seeing the hourglass gives so many ideas, what if it's ult has something to do with reverting or must in generally, time? That would be so cool

if anyone remembers back to some of the leaked pics of characters before valorant came out from devs I think it was, there was a rough pic of a potential agent who was using vines in a battle. She looked quite similar to viper so I think everyone thought she was just what ended up being viper in the end but clearly they still stuck with the potential use of an agent who could use flora. If this new agent has some info for Omen on his past then it would make sense that potentially the agent was also a doctor perhaps, given the medicinal benefits of plant life

people haven't payd any attention to it but, anytime there's those metallic vines we see jett, like on the riot client she's sitting on a vine or in the trailer we see her knife

an hourglass looks a lot like 8 im not gonna lie so like what if it's agent 8 and something happened to him? like an unnatural exposure to radiantite which mutated his body or something that would be pretty cool

I could see the vines acting like deadlock's grav net where it makes you crouch but it copuld do a small amount of DoT so you're punished for just sitting there and waiting till its safe to pull it out

I really hope it's this 6th radiant creature, it was my first guess, but then everything else let me down and this video brought me back hope it will be this creature, so thank you

wild guess but the ult might be locking down an area just like harbors ult but this time with vines and spikes which slows down enemies and take damage if they move through it, through the spikes. and nothing happens if they stay still. and if this is the case, just imagine it combined with harbors ult where they basically are required to constantly move. i think it would be a cool combo, just like a raze nade and fade or deadlock combo.

It could be an initator and the vines are like some breach or fade ult which locks them in place and reveals their location

I figure its a sentinel and their "trap" type thing will be some sort of thorny vines that will slow you and maybe vulnerable or damage too

i can 200% say that the new agent will be related with that flower now but that thing in abyss is not and i am sure that thing which is a agent probably is the agent 8 as we can see the claws that he has and the scratched out 8 in the locker ik ik its doesn't mean it has to be agent 8 but think about it devs said agent 8 had gone some where so what i think is that valorant might had a time machine way back before even that chamber thing too so it might be that agent 8 went back in time for some thing and hourglass captured agent 8 and locked it in there and if thats the case then the agent 8 might have a ability like phoenix and clove of immortality

I think the new agent will be an initiator with a movement ability that acts like a dismiss, shell have a scan ability that works like an omen flash but using a suppress debuff, and also a weaker trap ability that slows with vines and the vines will follow the person like a fade eye scan

maybe an initiator that can boost the allies in some way? refering to the omen card. maybe like a stim beacon

btw this and very early lvl4 battlepass profile cards are absolutelly beautiful to be honest, might keep this one for several months until something good comes out

Im thinking it is gonna be an agent similar to echo in overwatch but for a full round. they ult and choose an agent who can copy that agent for the entire round or a long duration. would be able to def shift the meta in a way.

I want to say this...there are 8 Roses on the Player Card and I feel compared to the Deadlock reach a while ago...I think given the lore emphasis right now, they have the highest chance to may be related to them...

imagine if the vine char can swing around like spiderman.

Maybe she can grow plants that can block areas with vine and a big rose for choke points

what if the flower in abyss that's being studied is going to be taken or removed like when yoru came in and the map was broken

It could be another Support Character, that uses Flowers to heal, or to boost teams defense maybe??? The agent might use some thorns, to slow or dmg enemies.

i think the ult is like combination of kj lock down and skye's seeker

I think the person in the hourglass chamber is someone else, its most likely the person that fade was trying to find and the chambers she was talking about was the red ones on the sides. Because i think she hasnt explored there yet. This agent is probably gonna be a normal recruit.

Nice lore explanation, simple and informative...Ursa makes sense for the bear since its related to the constellation Ursa major = Bear constellation and Briar is related to the thorny rose since the stem of the rose is prickly. Also, the term 'Briar' reminds me of Sleeping Beauty since she's known as Briar rose and her tower gets surrounded by thickets of thorny roses. Not sure how that relates though haha🤣

I hope we get a humanoid agent that looks like a monster. It'd be unique and cool

Can you do a video/playlist with all of Valorant's lore summed up? I'm so confused as to what's been happening these past few episodes mainly because I didn't pay attention to the lore for a while.

I feel like she's gonna be Agent 8, like with abilities that are giving "Mirror Castle" like mysterious character like Conduit in Apex that fans wait so long, Symmetra in Overwatch about her story, speaking about those character, their kit is kinda similar, Symmetra 1.0 could gave shields like Conduit so maybe she will give some mirror shield around her allies? An another ability like they have both in common is like their turrets/ barricades that deals damages and slows ennemies so maybe, she will do the same? I'm sure she could be very interesting to play, but something that is sure, she's gonna be a Sentinel or Controller, I don't imagine an Iniator/ Duelist with this concept. Another thing that I'm sure she might be gonna be my next new main just for her aesthetic!

Would be cool if agent 8 is actually being controlled by this radivore, and agent 8's body is being contained inside the hourglass prison, while the radivore runs rampant around the valorant world waiting for agent 8 to be released once again

OK WAIT, SO ZYRA can stun and create turrets in league of legends. This new agent will probably be a sentinel (since the current meta leaves initiators in almost every single tier 1 game) like there's 'No Duellist & No Sentinel' comps in tier 1, but I've never seen a 'No initiator' comp so its probably a sentinel. Zyra's abilities in LOL are like Sentinel abilities: 2 stuns (her E & Ult) 1 'turrets' (or 1 turret, 1 passive that creates inactivated turrets at random locations, and 1 active that creates turrets at determined locations)

isn't gekko a technically a radiant? cuz he fused to the lil guys and thats how he talks to them and can even see through them (his ult)
