Nat, as someone that travels full time I recommend y’all get a travel trailer or fifth wheel. That will give you the space you’re craving. You will be able to go #2/shower, bring your espresso machine, bring your dogs and their crates. I love it bc whenever we have to go to another state we just hook up to the truck 🛻 and leave. That way you can also stay at rv parks which in my experience are more secure/safer than parking lots. Also a lot of people at rv parks have people that are traveling for work or retired so they are more respectful and tend to mind their business. I also recommend y’all get a pew pew as soon as possible for protection especially at night. We save alot of money 💴 each month bc of this lifestyle. I honestly prefer it over being at my house sometimes. The most expensive rv parks I encountered have been in California and New York but the rest of the country tends to be more affordable (as low as $350 a month). I am 29 y/o and travel with my husband and dog. I love how you go into detail and show raw footage. Just wanted yo put my 2 cents in.💗☀️

If you guys want extra security on your next van trip. There is this trick that Truck Drivers use to get people from getting in their trucks when they're asleep. Its called "The seatbelt Trick". This may not work for all vehichles, but you take the seat belt and stick it throught the arm rest hole on the door and buckle the seatbelt in.

Come to Chicago!! There’s honestly so much to experience out here summer and winter. It does get cold, I think the coldest it got this winter was about -10F🫣 BUT sledding and ice skating is so much fun! We have Lake Michigan for the summer to have beach days or go on boats! The best pizza you’ll EVER have🍕

Yes, wait for your answer. I think you should travel the year around the states maybe do a month in different states with the girls. Air bnb your current home, you could even rent it to travel nurses, store your valuables at your moms. Georgia is closest to Florida and Chicago is closer to Michigan

As someone who doesn’t live by family living out of state (was born and raised in California) with family currently living in California. I recommend you travel before starting a family, live wherever you want before starting a family because if you’re a family person you’re gonna want your children to see your parents and grow up around family.

it’s such a heartwarming thing to see young people fall in love with nature and the need to explore and have adventure. honestly I used to be a hater and be like ‘what’s so good about hiking and being out there??’ but my friends were always like no no you NEED to do it again and when I hit rock bottom mentally some 2 years ago, i took initiative and went hiking with my great dane and then I understood it. it’s just such a peaceful and serene experience; and I’m so grateful and happy to live in utah where the outdoors is practically at my backyard: this is all to say that I’m so happy for you guys!! the direction that your guys videos have taken in the past year has been so inspiring! 💜 i wish you guys even more travels and amazing adventures 🥹

You guys should feel privileged asf, you’re barely hitting 21 and you guys are already thinking of buying a house. The housing crisis is NOT it, I wouldn’t even try to look for a house, the economy is just getting worse. You guys are thinking way too ahead of your life realistically you both would both be stuck at home with your parents and juniors in college (like majority of us), it’s a privilege for what you guys have and the mindset to think of traveling and settling down around. It is a huge responsibility😮 Especially at your guys' age, it is the time to discover what's out there and get it out of your system while you are at your prime ages.. it helps so much that you guys can afford to travel so do it!❤🎉 Ya'll have so much life to live..and hopefully house prices and interest rates will go down later down the road. You guys are in an amazing position in life due to your hard work and dedication. If you have an investment in property already then live your life. Kids can come anytime and I feel wait till early 30’s is a good time. Live your twenties they’re the best years for just fully living, traveling. When kids come along they’re another blessing, you then travel with your kids in your 30’s and be on a whole new vibe for your channel.

I just finished van life and I really really enjoyed the vlogs i've been watching nat since about 2019 its really amazing just watching her grow in general and her relationship with jake although i am pretty young and won't be buying any property or maybe not even a car soon i love to watch the podcast and get you guys point of view of things i also love the idea of being able to move around and never being stuck in one stop for too long and i havent really got to travel anywhere due to family reason but i love you guys so much being able to take a few minute out of my day or hours just to jump into you guys lifestyle and just vibe with you for a bit and i love how you have the ability to bring my day from 0 to 100 thank you for always being there even if no one supports you guys i will stand tall i nothing but more prosperity and blessings in your lives and i can't wait to see where the new journeys take you guys
Travel!! While you're still young it's the best time to do it especially if you're not sure you want to live in California for the rest of your life. You will definitely regret if you don't because once you settle down it will be a lot harder and you guys shouldn't feel pressured to rush into settling down because you can always do that later and life is all about experiencing things. You guys have nothing to lose by travelling so at least try it and I think the idea of living in different states for a few months is so cool but you should also travel internationally like to Europe and other places because it really opens your eyes up to different things in life and you learn and mature so much from it!

I completely understand the tough decision between 'a house offer' or traveling because If I were supposed to be in your guys' position i'd be in the exact same dilemma. BUT, I feel like I saw another side of you guys in some way through the van content and seem really enthusiastic about traveling, seeing new places, new views, etc. There will always be a house anywhere and everywhere and/or whenever you guys are ready for it. 100% travel now! I’m so glad I traveled and lived abroad and stuff before having kids and settling down for awhile. Once you have kids, you can’t do things the same way. You can still travel when you’re old, but it’s not the same, everything hurts!
As a home owner in Temecula and a stay at home mom. Investing in a property is the best thing you can do. You can still travel and live your life. You two are young and don't have kids yet. I suggest you get a home you can settle into and expect to live in for a long term and possibly raise kids in. And before kids, travel all you want. The travel life is good and fun for a while but you might get over after a couple months, might not be something you will continue doing long term. We do a lot of road trips with our boys and feels great to know that there's a home to come back to.

I’m 21 and I have a 10 month old baby girl. We are moving from Georgia to North Dakota for my fiancé’s interest in the oil fields. and I agree wanting to explore the world before hand because while she still small she won’t understand or remember but she does need a permanent home, state, environment where we all feel in love with where we can BLOSSOM. We still are trying to figure that out 😅 ! But I say TRAVEL the world!! And even with children you can do van life after two different experiences for sure😍.because we are highly considering doing van life with our baby whenever we’re able to(:you guys definitely inspired us !!

I lost my mom 4 years ago and that is why I’m still living with my family because they needed me but now I feel like they’re doing fine and I can start my own life😭 so thank you for pushing me out of my depression to see that I can have my own life and happiness ❤️✨
Trust me travel!!! I travelled for a month around Europe was able to experience 13 countries. Literally best thing I did in my life before having my baby. Yes it’s tiring but it’s so worth it. Now I have a kid and I’m so glad I did it because you can always find a house but you are never going to be this young!

I would say weigh out your pros and cons. The benefit of settling where you are is you live near your parents and if you and Jake have a child you need that village. I think you guys are young and I feel like you should travel and get it out of your system because doing it with kids is harder I know I have children I love them to death but it is harder. I think a big house with land would be beneficial for Ellie and Thea.
I honestly think you guys should travel every 3 months because soon or later you will settle down with a house and have your kids and after your kids all your focus is on them. As of right now travel as you can before you bring them into the world because like you said Nat you want to be an amazing mom which comes to a lot of giving up on things for them. So live your life while you are young because you can. I am 20 and I dream that my bf and i could travel if we had the money. Traveling is just a different experience getting to see more of the world. I would not buy a house in California as you said California is super expensive I definitely think you can start your life somewhere else and a way to know where you want to settle is to do the traveling life! As someone who’s a bit older than you & going down the route of buying a house with my significant other I think you guys should take advantage of the position y’all have. Property will always be there. God willing this doesn’t happen but your platform that pays for your travels might not. So I would take advantage & just live before going down the traditional path of big house. Big land. Big price tag lol. Plus the way nats channel is going with the travel vlogs I think would be more beneficial. The grwm , day in my life, sunday clean up I feel is becoming more tiktok content & RU-vid is more for longer educational video which I think your travel vlogs fall into. I am 30 years old and always tell any younger couples I am friends with to travel and enjoy your time now while your young especially you guys are blessed to have the funds! Me and my high school sweetheart settled down relatively fast after graduating within the first 2 years and I wish we would have took more time for just US and not rushing into the pressures within ourselves of growing up and having kids and starting a family. I love my life and the family we created I just wish me and my spouse had more time to enjoy each other more without the pressures of getting married buying a home and starting a family. Said all that to say I would travel you guys still have plenty of time to buy a home and start a family !
i just feel like they're not giving themselves enough credit for the possibility of the future they can create... i know we shouldn't look so far into it their relationship and their business buttttt it just seems like Jake is ready to settle down just a little bit, he's ready to follow his heart wherever she takes him (lol) and i love that - i feel it's possible to do both :) y'all could've gotten the property but not start filling it with animals yet, that way you have the dream house when you're ready to put animals and kids in it and jake starts to see his future with his family start to begin while Nat gets to see the world and get every amazing drop out of youth and travel and both of you get to see each other flourish in both it's totally up to them - traveling is amazing and they can do it on a way larger scale than i can, i'd love to travel or be a youtuber and i think y'all are starting to see the versatility your job offers you in life - i think it could even offer you a little more either way im looking forward to watching :)
I think take the advantage of being so young, at your guys age it’s a perfect time to travel the world. Be able to go around different places. Once you are happy with the places you saw you can then settle down when you’re a bit older.
Live your 20s. Y’all have already accomplished a lot at your young age & have the stability to live your best life. Set bigger roots in your late 20s or 30s. There’s no rush.
