Van Staal VSX - Learning how to use a Bailess Reel at Montauk Striper Fishing 

I finally got myself a VSX 150. I wanted to learn how to use Bailess and learned some things after reviewing my footage.
I probably should use my left hand to take the line off and have the handle in the down 6 o'clock position for optimal casting.
The conditions weren’t ideal for learning but I guess you learn faster possibly if forced to control the line. The wind was parachuting my line to the right so it was important to catch the line with my finger right as the lure landed.
It was fun to learn how to use and I look forward to using this reel for many years.
