Rich foreign students with F1 visas who didnt work but failed their taxes in 2018 got the stimulus checks. So the system had issues. Rich foreign students should not be taking American's money. Rather than giving $2000 to everyone they should have increase the unemployment benefit so it's more than $300/week. If they kept the $700/week for unemployed Americans foreigner would not be getting our money.

There is term limits. But needs some revisions on how long these terms last. If you only serve one term of two years you should not get a pension and doing incremented pensions until they actually serve consecutively full term of 20 years to collect a full retirement pension. This should do to both Senate and Congress retrospectively. They may think twice about running for any office if they don't meet the demands of the people. If found guilty of any crimes against them they do not collect any pension(s) either.
