I rewatched some of Ugly Betty recently. While some of it is certainly dated, America Ferrera (and especially) Vanessa Williams's performances have aged very well.

Good choice, but I do hope they kept the “low key” vibe of Miranda. The best part of that character was how Miranda could slice and dice you whilst giving off a “I couldn’t care less” energy.
