Looks fantastic - I’ve been looking for a good vegan ice cream recipe without too much sugar. And sweet potatoes are one of the most healthy foods. - going to try it tonight 👍🏻

What are the meassurements for the potatoes in grams/oz please? Since potatoes vary in size I would prefer more accurate measurements. Did you put the mixture in the fridgeto cool before placing it in the ice cream machine? Also, hold long does it take in the icecream.maker?
@@christine1962ful from what I understood, 2 roasted & peeled hannah yams....a few tsp vanilla extract....2 peeled dates & 3 c soy milk. I hope that helps!
