Vargo Hoat is one of those missing characters i really missed when he was cut from Game Of Thrones. His character is really distinctive and stands out a lot against many around him. The same can be said with the brave companions who to really stand out. While elements of their role do make it into game of thrones via the likes of Locke the whole Harrenhal arc during season 2 and 3 misses them, an in my view while the show did Harrenhal okay i really missed the book version.

Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen was trapped on Dragonstone by her brother King Aegon ii with no way to escape her fate. What was to come was the final showdown between the two main players of the dance of the dragons and bring the war into its final phase.
