Hi Asif, Just wanted to confirm that in Year To Date Actual is 477 and Budget is 476 so Var should be +1 but you have done -1 (Net Profit) . Pls Confirm

Hi Asif I think there is a error while calculating Net profit variance % i.e. Cell No. P18 Net Profit Budget = 476 Net Profit Actual = 477 Net Profit % Variance = 0.2% Favorable not adverse. Please correct me if I am not right. thanks for the valuable analysis here
