Replacing the standard variator with a sport variomatic quickly results in a noticeable increase in scooter performance. In addition, the installation is much easier than replacing the cylinder and Co!
With the MULTIVAR from MALOSSI you definitely won't do anything wrong. For more than 15 years the MALOSSI system has already proven itself in Quasar engines. The MALOSSI Variomatic for all Vespa GTS models from 250ccm combines performance increase and durability like no other. The MALOSSI Vario-System is based on the series principle where variator rollers drive the moving pulley by centrifugal force and thus let the V-belt "shift". The main difference to the series Vario is the changed running surface angle, smooth running bush, lower total weight, as well as shift-optimized running tracks of the variator rollers. All these optimizations lead to a better response of the scooter and constant pulling power. In a recent performance measurement on a standard engine of a Vespa GTS 300 EURO 4 we could register a performance plus of 1 HP!

With the "Legal" version of the MALOSSI Multivar for Vespa GTS models you can now drive through German roads with a clear conscience. The question whether the use of a sport variomatic is allowed in German traffic or not is therefore no longer necessary. In cooperation with the GTÜ and the Federal Motor Transport Authority, SIP Scootershop has put the MALOSSI Multivar through its paces. The result is a parts report for the Variomatik M5111885. With this certificate, which is individually issued by us on the chassis number, you can have the Variomatik registered with the TÜV and from this point on you are well prepared for deep eye contact with the race management during a vehicle inspection!
SIP-TIP: MALOSSI Kevlar V-belts should be replaced immediately after installation of the variomatic. If you want to get even more power out of your GTS, you should take a closer look at the SIP chip injection module!

Ähm aufpassen, beim festziehen der Vario Mutter immer auch etwas loktite verwenden und IMMER den Keilriemen entspannen! Dazu Mutter mit dem Drehmomentenschlussel nach Werksangabe anziehen. Weil sollte sich die Mutter während der Fahrt mal lösen, gibt es sehr teures "Variogeschnetzeltes".

Hello, I have two questions. I noticed that you put two washer in front of the counter-plate to the variator. After a longer period of use, are there any problems and the second question is whether, in addition to a better start, the second pad will increase vmax? Or will I only get a better start?

Looks a big f on for nothing, was looking at the new pm tuning kits £2.300 and still can't hit, 💯 mph very under powered motor the Gts
