for the last question, I would place the client's leg on top of 2 pillows to help them since they have edema since that doesnt require an order from PCT than call the dr right away!l

Can you explain to me about order medication phone question why are you select number 3 read back the order. What about number 2 request another nurse this consider of priority If i don't have witness from nurse can i apply the order?! Thank you

If you had to choose one, it would be to read back the order to confirm the medication, patient safety is #1
