Vauxhall astra J service stabilitrack (can't start at first time) 

Hi everyone I have a problem that I can't find an answer anywhere even original vauxhall garage have problem to solve it.
The problem is to start the car with the first time, I get different errors when I turn the key.
All this started after I've done some warranty recalls at Vauxhall garage (installed adapter wiring harness cooling fan,program EBCM)
Most of the time I get "service stabilitrack"
and sometime with it "service theft deterrent system/service power steering system/service abs and battery service mode active"
but when the engine starts all the errors disappear until the next time I try to start the car.
Does anyone know what can be the reason of this.
