Defective navigation system fitted to a Vauxhall Zafifa supplied by Vauxhalls Kingston. The garage was unable to reproduce the faults which is why the video was made. The garage still could not work the device even after seeing the video. Eventually the radio was rejected under the sale and supply of goods and services act and a new radio was fitted. Its a good example of a garage who will not respond to a consumer problem until the matter comes to the attention of trading standards. Forutnatly for us the deposit was paid via credit card and so we had the full backing of our bank who applied pressure to get matters put right.
