Ben, I was at the Nurburgring a week ago. Absolutely crazy place. I went round in my mates Z4 3.0. It was brilliant. We had snow, sleet, rain and sun! We were lucky and stayed in the hotel right next to the track. I love how ANYONE in ANYTHING can pay 35 euros and hit the track, its just brilliant. I urge you all to go and visit and take a lap, it's an amazing place. Great video.
@@tastyclassics it was mate. It’s funny-I have been doing all the stuff you do to various cars the last 40 years(😳🤪) but never filmed it. I think I need to start! Glad your channel is doing well mate, love your enthusiasm too. Well done buddy👍👍
You and me quite similar in one way. I lived in Germany for over 10 years and yet have never owned a BMW, nor do I have any desire to do so. I generally see them as cars designed for people who have never had an original idea in their entire lives. Ive owned so many varied and some desirable motors, and most of them were amazing under dogs. Great channel, keep it up 👍👍👍
My late brother had the Elite version. Great motorway eaters, but not really a track car. He had his as a company car with just 10 miles on the clock. We got pulled a few times by the Police heading out for the M3 to Southampton for Bournemouth, not because we were doing anything wrong; they were more interested looking the car over!
I dont know whats more stressful. Watching you on the Ring or watching you sinaling the others that they are safe to overtake you. Oh ok no it was when you reched the onece you... could overtake. Lol be safe. All good fun to watch thogh.
I really enjoyed the Omega Nürburgring series. From the repair to the vlog-style tour to the laps around the Ring 👏 - and thanks to you, I want a V6 Omega now. That thing sounds pretty damn cool.
just amazing work love the channel hats off to the Omega after 14 hr drive then on the race track the first Day car didn't bat eyelid outstanding to you and your hard work, well done Sir again amazing work and the Omega bravo. Thanks
Had a lot of time on this easter weekend and watched all 4 parts in like two days. Have to say, it was time well spent. :D I wish you and your channel all the best! If it doesn't reach at least 100k subscribers by the end of this year, I'm finally losing all my faith in humanity. lol
Ben , just watched the trip and the track videos. That v6 sounds awesome , and I was screaming at my phone for a manual gearbox . I'm going to rally some other youtubers and organise a July 24 nurburgring. We've got the holy grail of ls1 commodores down here in abundance, but now pricey. Great video👌🦖
Loved watching that… the Omega was very impressive! I’d love to see you take on a totally unsuitable Nurburgring car, and tune to suit! Something European and +25 years old sounds great 😳😃
Ben, we have just watched your amega videos firstly what a car fantastic, you filmed it so well loved every second of them all. 20/10 mate you really have got it bang on can't wait for the Saab video tonight. My wife found out the agila wheel nuts 17inch what a star, she said use a mirror on your garage wall to check lights etc, seriously Ben what a fxxking video at the ring move over f1 Ben is in town .
Always liked the Omega. You did a great job restoring it. You are a brave man on that track with them loonies flying past, but well done. Really enjoyed it. Look forward to watching more.
Thanks for sharing the hole experience! It really feels a bit like we were there with you. ( I always enjoy how genuinely excited and just happy you get about things, even the simple ones, very likeable)
have you ever been to see the Leman 24hr race, thats a fantasic weekend and so many brits go and take over a good portion of it. I've been 3 times and every time time was amazing, can highly reccomend it.
Sounds kinda alien to me.. I have the Aussie Opel Omega (Holden Clubsport) with the LS V8 and 6spd manual, would love to take it for a blat on the ring..
hi bro, you lived my dream, one day i will do same + visit opel factory that my baby's born place (i have 33 baby (omega) now) your car have negative (ground (-)) problem or charging low. car runs 95° if everything off, when you on headlights it comes 97°, if you on headlights and AC it comes 100°
I’m not certain what your thing is with the Nürburgring but it’s the most dangerous track in the world, it’s a horror. Set your sites a bit higher, go for Monza plus the foods better👍🏼
