Have and love all of these albums! Always liked that Midwest power pop sound. The Yipes are another band in that style. I remember buying 20/20 and the Plimsouls (and the Beat and Shoes) when they first came out. All great stuff!

Great video! Got to see Off Broadway a couple of times when their first and second albums came out. First time was in Dekalb where I'm from, at NIU. I think they opened for the Boomtown Rats? I saw them open for UFO in Chicago as well. Never saw Pezband, but I their albums.
Cool video, the Off Broadway song was great and what surprised me when you showed the covers was that I have never seen them before, so thanks for that. You asked what yellow pills were, back then I remember speed being colored yellow so potentially it could be that but the song makes it seem like it's alot stronger like ludes, mda, lol I don't know but it's a fantastic song.

Bruce, I like the sound of all of them and wrote down the names to get to hear them more.. Sometimes for the hell of it I'll pick up a record because of how it looks and the price.. While showing yours the Shoes came up and it looked familiar. Stopped the video, ran over to my records and I do have it! Definitely going to look into the others. Yea Dewey it’s cold as fuck in Ohio right now! I like cold weather but the shit changes here very rapidly. 🙄 anyway thanks for checking out my latest and yes dude I have the Pegboy album. I’ve done a dozen videos at this point and all but one are 70s/80s punk and powerpop shit but I’m a 90s kid. Don’t have the vinyl but I do have a lot of CDs, Pegboy being one of many.
