1 नूडल्स पैक (150-200 ग्राम)
1 चम्मच नमक
1 चम्मच तेल
1 बड़ा चम्मच बारीक कटा लहसुन
1 टी स्पून बारीक कटी अदरक
1 टी स्पून कटी हुई हरी मिर्च
1nos पतले कटा हुआ प्याज
1/4 कप गाजर जूलीएन्ड
1/4 कप 3 प्रकार की बेल मिर्च जुलिएनेड
1/2 कप कद्दूकस की हुई पत्ता गोभी
2 बड़े चम्मच लाल मिर्च की चटनी
1 बड़ा चम्मच हरी मिर्च की चटनी
1 टी स्पून सोया सॉस
1 चम्मच सिरका
1 टी स्पून काली मिर्च पाउडर
1/4 कप कटा हुआ हरा प्याज
