Prepared it exactly the same way minus the biryani masala.. I made my own... (cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, haldi). Came out spectacular! Best dish ever cooked by me. Thanks for the simple and delicious recipe. Aromatic and flavorful. 🙏

I tried this today and the result was yummy veg biriyani. It was bit spicy because we add whole masala to rice, whole masala + chilli powder+ ginger garlic + biriyani masala to gravy making it hot n bit spicy. We can skip whole masala to gravy and add less chilli powder. Thank u for the recipe.

Hebbars Kitchen 8 cups of liquid is too much for 1.5 cups of Basmati rice, don’t you think? Also I went to your website for the full recipe just to verify that it was 1.5 cups of rice but there wasn’t an indication of how much rice I should put in this recipe. Could you please verify if that amount is correct and get back to me please? I use a measuring cup but I do not know if you used the measuring cup for measuring solids or liquids.

Tried it... It's superb . The only thing I noticed is , at last instead of 30 minutes simmer I put only for 10 minutes ..it was good... If we do it for 30 minutes it can be burnt ...
