No momo dip is complete without szechuan pepper, u can try arother way of making dip by boiling tomatoes, chillies, garlic & ginger all together and then grinding it altogether by adding salt and szechuan pepper 😊 love from Nepal 🇳🇵
I tried the steamed momos. Tips- 1. It didn't turn out white since I used dark soy sauce in the stuffing. 2. You can put onions as well. 3. It was my first try so the flour layer was somewhere thick despite wrapping it properly. So check out other videos as well on how to make the dough properly. 4. The chutney is awesome! You can have it with idli, khichdi and what not! But I used desi, juicy tomatoes because of which it became watery so maybe use hybrid ones. Hope it helps!
