Hope you enjoy. I batch make this every month to have on hand! I feel so much better when I eat the pea protein instead of wheat glue.

It could be to the pesticides commonly sprayed on these crops in the US that other countries have banned-also processed food is hard on the gut. Does organic soy or wheat cause issues for you as well? I have issues digesting the usual vegan meats and most wheat products on the market but organic tofu or organic sprouted breads never gave me issue.

Love this recipe........especially using something more natural like Konjac instead of methylcellulose. Been looking for a Gluten free Vegan chicken option for ages........thank you💜

Thank you. I made some wings and reheated in the airfryer for game day. They formed a nice "skin" on the outer layer. I love how versatile the recipe is. Hope you enjoy.

Absolutely I have breaded and fried this recipe before. I would toss it in barbecue sauce at the very end after frying though.

Love the idea of using artichoke hearts instead of jack fruit! I don’t want buy pea protein or kojac, so I wonder if chickpea flour( besan) would bind enough🤔. Thx!

You could use chickpea flour instead but the kojac is the binder for this recipe. It will crumble without it.

Absolutely. I would take it down to 1 tablespoon of methylcelluslose and then play around with the bake time. It might not need as long.
