Vegan Breakfast Burrito
**what you’ll need**
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 bell pepper chopped
1 cup spinach chopped
6 vegan sausage links (pulse in processor until it looks like crumbles)

**Preparation**
Place veggies and beef crumbles in a skillet after oil is added.
Cook for 7 min then add seasoning I used our exquisite house seasoning but you can use ( paprika, salt, garlic powder)
Set aside. Then start on your just egg stir until desired texture. Then season with salt and pepper or whatever you choose.
Then grab your tortilla and build I put a smashed potato on first then my just egg and vegan crumbles along with avocado and cilantro.
