Wow that looks so delicious, perhaps it's self-evident but you can really tell the difference in technique between someone who learned to cook themselves and someone who learned formally. Definitely excited to see how searing and basting the tofurky will change it up. Also, a good vegan demi-glace isn't something I had found a recipe for yet, I wonder how it would be on a vegan omurice. Thank you for your hard work :) the result was lovely
