I originally worked there as a the Chef De Partie but when we started doing mucous mornay I was promoted to Chef De Mucous and would finish the dish at the table

Because they are using vegan butter, milk and vegan egg, so why do you think that? I use it by my own and I know much is possible to cook.

A vegan restaurant is one where only vegan food is served. This is not a vegan restaurant. Also, I can't understand why you're mentioning what you cook. I don't care what you eat. If you assumed this was an affront to vegans, it certainly was not. Going vegan is fantastic and the reasonable thing to do. My point was clearly that this was not a vegan restaurant albeit vegetarian-friendly.@@dawvideokanal7369

What what makes you say that? I'm on plant based diet since 2004 and can ASSURE you that if you're passionate about food and good in the kitchen, all this seems and IS VERY possible. Not everyone pictures their meal being slapped on a plate, swimming/ covered in some kinda sauce
