When I tell you my mouth is WATERING!!! This is the best vegan fish recipe I've ever seen, I would have never thought to use artichoke hearts, the creativity! The flaky texture looks so fish-like, but it's like if hushpuppies and fish had a baby, it's perfect. And the pepper on the side, I've always seen a pepper with chicken, but never with fish and I wanna try it. Beautiful family! Baby girl is over there GENEROUS with the hot sauce, I'm too tickled lmao
