My favorite part about your channel is that you are so professional with your recipes with just enough of humor and bloopers thrown in 🤣🤣 I swore I was not getting an instant pot but you keep showing me how easy it is to make so many things!!
More (new) Instant Pot recipes. Your cookbook is a favorite in our home! Also, I loved the cooking process video you did for the Crunchwrap Supreme. Thanks for sharing your yummy recipes with the world!
I made the cous cous salad a few days ago and it’s so gooooodd!!! When it was still hot I ate it as a soup with bread and black pepper!! Then made the salad and it was completely different yet equally as delicious!!!!♥️
I found your channel yesterday and I’m so glad! Love the honest silliness combined with the delicious recipes. You have such a calm, gentle voice. Can’t wait to try some of these in my kitchen!
Honestly, this video is a blessing. I can't be turning the oven on when it is so hot as we would not survive till the dish is finished. Also, I feel like cooking feels like SUCH a hassle when it gets warmer... I just want to eat fresh and quick! But you know, I am passionate about showing my fam that plant based dishes can be super tasty so I have started running low on ideas...and then BOM, your video, just in time :D . Sending you lots of love! Hope you're havinga great week so far!
I’ve become absolutely obsessed with your videos! I literally just bought an instantpot and your cookbook! So excited to get it and start using it. (I’m not even vegan now, but moving towards a more plant-based diet) I love you and your videos🥰
I've watch alot of your new videos and just now going back to watch some of your older ones. I like how you style has become more casual over the years.
I will be totally honest here Nisha. I love your recipes. But even more than that,i LOVE how smart, sweet, beautiful, spontaneous, funny, witty, and authentic you are. You always make me smile and laugh watching you,and i can watch your videos wether i want to find something new to cook,or not. It's not about cooking,it's about joy here! You fun girl!😎😁
This made me finally go out and buy an Instant Pot. Made the corn chowder tonight and hot damn - it was absolutely incredible! Can't wait to make the couscous tomorrow!
The corn cob dance was my favorite part. 😂 But seriously...just ordered the cookbook and can't wait for it to arrive. I've been enjoying your channel. Every recipe I have tried has been so delish.
I can't wait to try these. I'm never opposed to soup (or chowder) in the summer. I'm also not a fan of green pepper at all. Thanks so much for sharing all the recipes you do. You're one of my favourite vegan channels.
I’m buying your cookbook next month and I’m so excited! Also your videos always make me sooooo hungry 🤤 I love corn chowders, but all of this looks AMAZING. Can’t wait to make them myself!
few comments to make... your corn dance has been your signature dance move for decades haha just different props based on the environment. this couscous salad is one of my favs! This and the herby lentil salads are my go-to salads!! Husband and I make them all the time! they are so yummy and the perfect healthy make ahead meals for work day lunches!
I both have your cookbook AND have been following you on here for months and just NOW realized you're the same person! Ate the savory tumeric breakfast quinoa this morning and am gonna have the red curry rice noodle soup for lunch! YAY! 😁😁😁😁
I made the corn chowder and it was sooo good. I omitted the chilli pepper and added some sugar since I had a sweet tooth tonight and wow, once again your recipes don't fail
I just tried the lentil couscous salad and oh my God I love it! I didn’t have dill and it still tasted delicious, thank you Nisha :) you’ve made my plant based journey so much easier. ❤
I have the book and i tried all these recipes, i love them all, they re actually my go to for having family over, or just us. My kids loooooved the corn chowder, everything was awesome, like always
YUM!!!! I’ve made the corn chowder twice now. Once while camping in the mountains and I grilled the corn over the campfire, and once at home. I wanted that same charred corn taste, but it was raining and we don’t have a gas stove, so I broiled the corn for a few minutes on each side. We’re in Yukon, no fears of heating up the house here! Highly recommend this recipe :)
Greetings from chilly Northern California.🌲 I have been cooking my way through your Vegan IP Cookbook. 😋 Today, I made the Israeli Couscous & Lentils for lunch. We enjoyed it served warm with fresh herbs. (Surprisingly, there’s a small amount of leftovers.) 😉 We are the NorCal Rainbow Plant Life to your SoCal RPL. 🌈🌱🌿Warmest regards, Reilly🍀
I have your cookbook. Guess what three recipes I’m making today. Those dishes look soooo good. I love your channel and your recipes are always delicious.
I made the corn chowder yesterday. My wife and I loved it. The only changes I made were swapping cashews for Tahini, as I had no cashews...lol. Next time I make it I'll definitely use cashews, see if there's any taste difference. Thank you so much for the recipe and video.
i have that book n i must say i use it at least once a week n my favourite is the corn chowder im obsessed ...the lime at the end genius ...works a treat ....i haven't made this desert yet as im not one for deserts but after watching it didn't have a overload of sugar ...so yep gonna try this for sure 💙💛
I made the corn chowder from the book, it is so delicious! I love that it has so many veggies! I have more fresh corn to make the soup again today, yum 😋
Yum looks delicious i am making this soon with few subs perfect for hot days in Singapore drooling over my samsung galaxy note 8 love your recipes making me hungry Thanks Ramya
This is great. May I make individual recipes with my Pampered chef pressure cooker and share the videos? I will link to this video. I sell PC and want to encourage my customers to do more plant based but want permission because you made these recipes
IP foodie nerd here. I've fully enjoyed your cookbook recipes this last year (have even bought the book as gifts) and adore your charming videos, especially when I weave back into more plant-based eating! I'm about to up my crucial utensils game and am curious as to which chef's knife you use and also which saute pans are your faves?? Tyia! :p
Aww hi Dianne! That's so nice to hear. I am so happy you love my book and have gifted it to others. I have linked a few of the saute pans + one of the knives I use in the description box below. I also love the knives from Material Kitchen - affordable but very high quality! materialkitchen.com/
@@RainbowPlantLife Thanks!! Was close to buying a MAC Pro 8" & now may get the Materials trio for the same $. Starting this corn chowder in a few minutes and then a peach blueberry crisp. *Made the crunch wrap supreme last week & the hubby was soooo happy!
Brilliant! I can do my grocery shopping list and then make these! I wish I could hop on a bus and go get your book autograph in a non creepy non stalking way! 😄💞
Hi Nisha. Your salad looks scrumptious. Any suggestions for subbing out the couscous. I, unfortunately, am gluten intolerant. I’m going to make your corn chowder for dinner tonight. And I am subscribing!
I love these videos! Such good work, Nisha! This is out of context but your lip colour looks amazing! I have the same skin tone and was wondering if you could share some wisdom my way x
OK I am going through your cookbook and making the recipes one by one, and this soup is fantastic! I did not Puree at all because I’m making it for someone who likes chunks in their soup, and do you know how good cashews are in soup when they’re soft? This soup is the best corn chowder ever so you named it right.
Pearl couscous is sth I have been trying to find for ages now and I think I will need to purchase it online ;P It seems to be such an awesome ingredient! Especially when made as flavourful as you prepared it! Also, an olive tip: try cutting it around like an avocado (but along the narrower part) and twisting the flesh around the pit- you'll get much ore out of your olives this way! (Same for the nectarines! You can usually twist even less ripe ones if you twist perpendicularly o the stone)
These are all SO mouthwatering Nisha! I can't wait to make the Israeli couscous, that looks so good! And I laughed out loud at the "I feel bad cutting their nubs off" LMAO!!
I'm glad you think so! I haven't tried either of those, but raw sunflower seeds should work well! You could also try subbing more potatoes or cannellini beans!
