Chuck, Chuck,Chuck……I have been vegan for 10 and1/2 years and THIS SAUSAGE RECIPE is AWESOME ! It is the BEST. I followed it to the letter . No way willI I ever even think about changing this, even a little…it is perfect and so easy. Thank you so much.
My dad makes a mean seitan roast (we did a video on it), but since I told him about your trick with adding white beans, he tried it and we love it! Boosts the nutrition, too. Love love love your recipes.
Just made these....first time making seitan. It was so ridiculously easy and they came out delicious. I doubled the recipe and got 14 of them. They taste the same if not better than the ones you can buy in the grocery store for a fraction of the price. I appreciate knowing how to do this in my Instant Pot because I am obsessed with the Instant Pot. The spices were perfect!
Just made our first batch of sausages. Good stuff! We’ll be experimenting with the sausage in other recipes i.e., spaghetti and pizza to name a couple. Thank you for creating and sharing this recipe!!
I've never seen your channel before. I am so happy to find a recipe that is not full of garbage!!! Thank you it looks easy enough and that meal you made with it, I gotta try!
Oh my goodness that does sound yummy. I've tried some of the vegan fake meat italian sausages from the store and don't care for them. I'm excited to try this recipe. Thanks for sharing. I'll let you know how it works out for me.
I LIKE YO!Vegan Italian cassoulet!YES CHEF!I have only been Vegan since December 18th 2019. Store bought Vegan cheese is Terribad! What have you got? I will be buying ingredients and making this d for supper tonight!I will however be doubling the recipe!Thank you! It's going to be AWESOME!
Brand New Vegan awesome thank you. My dad is pre diabetic and I'm hoping if I go vegan, he'll go vegan too and hopefully reverse his diabetes. I just got two more questions. On your chili recipe, did you make your own refried beans or did you just use fat free refried beans from a can? And you used 1/4 cup chili powder, if I'm not the best at handling spicy food, should I lower it or is it not too spicy?
