dandies makes a few different marshmallows found at major grocery stores as well as health stores... and trader joes has their own in-house brand of vegan marshmallows too. They've been out for years.

Thanks so much for this recipe... I've just made them! I'm waiting for them to set and it's looking awesome so far... I split the marshmallow mix before pouring, dyed one half pink then poured it out into a prepared lasagne dish... AAhh so excited to cut them up!

as a vegan baker and pastry chef I am always looking to try new things.. now I am playing with ice cream and thought of incorporating my favorite ingredients into chocolate ice cream, which would be marshmallow and almonds, or, rocky road style i have a friend who made some marshmallows the other day and said they did not work out so I thought what could be the situation and I found your video... Not vegan but My family doesn’t eat pork And after finding out that it used pork bones and doesn’t specify if it has pork or beef, I went to this recipe after seeing that edible water bottle video. it looks SO good and hope that I will have enough time to make it (along with some cake )!

Vegetarian here....sugar is processed with BONE???! Dear goddess what have a not known 🤢 we use mostly coconut sugar but when I bake...oh no. Thank you! Now I’m going to have to look. I knew about the gelatin that’s why I’m here 💕

Depends on where you live and the brand of sugar! The Rogers processing plant where I live uses sugar cane and bone char, but the province next to me (same Brand) uses beetroot as a sugar source and a vegan friendly "purifier". They're transparent about it on the website:)

I always buy raw cane sugar. Not brown sugar, cane sugar. Its just a light shade of brown. For where I live, its pretty easily available, its just there in most regular supermarkets. I don’t know if it is in America though?

I tried your recipe, and it came out delicious! Thank you so much!! I love chocolate and would like to make a chocolate version. Should I add a few tablespoons of cacao powder in the aquafaba mixture after I add the tsp of vanilla? Or where do you think that it would make most sense to incorporate the chocolate? Also, do you think it should be cacao powder? Melted baking chocolate? Chocolate syrup? Thanks.

I so appreciate you making these marshmellows...I really love marshmellows however....is so much work !!!😋 I would so buy these from you if you were selling😁. I really think we need more vegan marshmellow brands beside Dundies which are great dont get me wrong...but something needs to get the price down right?
