This vlog was in January, just felt like doing a little day in the life video of a vegan momma working an online business while staying home with my toddler. (I kept forgetting to edit it so Im just now posting this)
Pancakes recipe:
2-3 Ripe Bananas (mash with fork)
1 Cup of Oat Flour (I just grind my own rolled oats to make the flour)
1 Tablespoon of Ground Flax Seed
1 scoop of Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder
Almond milk (or any plant based milk you prefer)
(add milk slowly and stir to get the "pancake" consistency)
Smoothie Recipe:
2 Ripe Bananas
2 Scoops Arbonne Coffee Protein
1 Tablespoon of Ground Flax Seed
1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
1 Teaspoon of Maca Powder
1 Tablespoon of Almond Butter
1/4-1/2 Cup of Rolled Oats
1-2 Cups of Ice
Almond milk (or any plant based milk you prefer)
(add milk to desired constancy, I like a "runny" smoothie so I add 20-30oz of milk)
My smoothies usually end up being about 60 oz
