Tahini dressing:
1 tsp tahini
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp maple syrup
Chocolate Cheesecake Dip:
2 tbsp vegan cream cheese
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp maple syrup or liquid sweetener
LUNCH 2:
Almond miso dressing:
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp miso paste
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup or liquid sweetener
sriracha to taste
squeeze of lemon or lime juice
1-2 tbsp water to thin it out if needed

Yep ☺️ sugar content in fruit isn't a problem unless they're diabetic or something, it's much better than raising them to eat cake every day

Zoe Adams even if they were diabetic, the sugar in fruit isn't bad because it has fiber as well and your body can "get rid of" natural sugars easier than artificial sugars

I love this channel so much because being the only one in my family that doesn't eat meat, it's hard to find unique recipes that I can pack for school. I can't wait to start eighth grade, and for everyone to see my lunches that have more than just beans and corn chips, and maybe even show them that there are delicious alternatives to meat.

Considering I'm 12 and my parents don't know what to do with a vegan 12 year old, these recipes save my LIFE! I can eat with all of the protein I need without not liking the food that I'm eating (my parents have me eat nuts, but they are most definitely not cheap). for the rice paper I suggest dipping it in the water and taking it out right away while its still hard so you can put it on your surface easier and in a few seconds it will absorb the moister and become soft but u don't have to worry about it wrapping up in itself when your trying to lift it up :)

Just a tip for the spring rolls, you can just dip them in the water for a few seconds, and just put them on a plate. Once they soften (~30 seconds) you can start rolling up the spring rolls. If you do it like this you don't have to pat the paper dry (which can end up sticking). :)

One of the easiest and most delicious looking vegan lunch vids I have ever seen! High school student currently. Been vegetarian for a couple months now. Working hard on becoming vegan- very hard when your parents are strict meat eaters. I have a job but not enough money to go out and buy these elaborate foods that most vegan videos call for. Absolutely love these videos, super helpful for getting inspired to cook more. Easy, healthy recipes. I personally like the fact that I don't need to go and buy a huge list of ingredients, but just lots of the same things instead. Do more of these if you can!

You are awesome! I know you always say, or if you're parents go to the store, and stuff like that. I wanted you to know, I'm a grown woman of 40 and my daughter showed me your page and these recipes are great for families too! We just make the recipe multiplied by a few and make them a meal. Your recipes turned into meals are a super healthy meal for 4 who can eat like crazy, for about 10 bucks. That's not including most of the stuff some have got already. I just wanted you to know know, you are really cool and I appreciate you!
