We're back in Colorado and just tried re-creating a few of these dishes last night...Most ingredients were available at the Asian market, but we still needed a fair amount of ingredient substitutions. Recipes coming soon!! 🍜

OMG THAT MANGO STICKY RICE!!! everything looked AMAZING though... And I love how charismatic and fun your teacher was :) you should do an asian market tour/haul for Colorado! I want to see what America has to offer ;)

Thank you for this. I am going to Chiangmai in January and I want to take some cooking classes. I think I will go the farm class just for fun and maybe one city class. I will be traveling around Southeast Asia for approximately four months, and this will be a food trip. I just retired, so I have all the time in the world. I love the fact that they give vegan classes. I’m not a full vegan, but I love the cuisine, and I really don’t like dairy. Thanks again.
