Can't they see what they are doing 2 themselves. I'm 36 and the other day I was having a quiet drink by myself and a group of ladies invited me 2 join them, got talking and they were shocked at my age. They thought I was in my twenties like them. Made my day 😀 I don't eat a special diet just a little bit of everything in moderation, I also don't spend all day stuck 2 the toilet lol! Great vid ❤

Usually, as a person ages. And you see old pictures of them when they were young(er) you can detect the similarities of appearance between the old/young versions of them or even imagine how they looked when they were young(er) and, upon seeing a pic from the past be like “yep! That’s you!” But with FRK. I will not lie. Totally different person. It’s eerie, really.
Someone in that Durian post tried to make a political statement as to what Bynes is as well & I find that disgusting. I can tell you that no one I know wants justice for what's happened & IS happening to children in the industry more than those of us who are not (Democrats) as they seem to be fully on board pushing that "Love is Love " means theres absolutely no boundaries as to what they can do to anyone regardless of age. No one on either side no matter what affiliations should be advocates for child abuse of any kind including telling them to transition as minors. 14:02 I think when you see a man dressed in clothes of his youth (his fashion is very obviously from 00s-early 10s) and when you notice that they carry themselves as any MLM distributor (they usually have veneers, good skin, attitude and presence trained in the workshops on confidence and sales, peak performance attitude, etc.), you are kind of compelled to comment on that to show appreciation to a person's effort like you would if you saw a particularly well dressed person in a casual setting. It's a good way to strike a small talk when it is obvious that a person tried their best to appear a certain way. Also, if a person looks 25 you would think they are 25 and will never comment on that because who does that? Ok, maybe he goes to the bank all the time to withdraw his millions of dollars and tellers who actually see his ID gush with admiration for how he preserved and this is how he derives that everyone mistakes him for progressively lower and lower aged person each time he interfaces with the outer world. Otherwise, I imagine some retired grandmas cutely telling him "you look at least 20 years younger! Keep up! I'll tell you what - aging is not fun hahaha". Or cashiers at the grocery stores checking his millions of billions of fruits out saying with a wink "oh, that's your secret of youth!".

There is no way that 6lbs of greens has a lower carbon footprint than eating the same amount of calories in meat. Think of how much VOLUME that takes up on a truck vs the meat. The fuel for the shipping alone is a disaster. Now imagine how much plastic us used to package all that stuff. She expects the world population to consume around 50 billion lbs of fresh greens daily. Is it even remotely possible to grow that much?

Sorry to keep commenting I don’t want to seem like a troll I genuinely think you are a nice person and your subscribers and am interested in your view on things because I relate a lot to the cringe etc and when I hear you caring about horrible stuff said by people I was SA’d and emotionally and physically abused by my dad and I think that kind of torture can make someone really empathetic and wonder if many of these vegan people you review might be going through the same but just can’t see it because they hide it like I have done my whole life x

It’s so easy to recognise behaviours, or the shame on another’s face, things they shouldn’t have to be dealing with, through no fault of their own, when your own perception had to be prematurely accelerated as a child in order to survive.. hyper vigilant, hyper aware, hyper analytical and hyper alert. Amanda Bynes and so many other women somehow found their voice and have gone on to speak of their trauma, they are true Warriors.. I completely understand where you’re coming from when you say perhaps these vegans also have trauma in the past, there has to be something that makes them want to have such extreme control over themselves and others around them.. it goes without saying that eating disorders are one way of controlling their reality when for so many years they perhaps didn’t have control of their body as children.. even one incident can irreparably alter a child’s trajectory. What is worrying to most everyone here, the vegans’ unresolved and unacknowledged trauma aside, is that they are giving dangerous advice, restricting their own children’s mental and physical development, emasculating their poor men, in many instances the man look so unhappy but will stay there because they’re decent men who love their children, and they are extremely unwell mentally. I’m pretty sure if anyone of them came out with their story of abuse /trauma, there’d been nothing but understanding and support for them on this channel. We sometimes recognise our old selves in their ridiculous and extreme behaviour. Some of them appear to be just narcissistic, it’s a thing, and let’s face it, a lot of them are down right ridiculous.. I think to not criticise/ridicule them because they *might have trauma in their pasts, we’d have to apply that to restricting criticism and ridicule to everyone who exists, on the basis of “just in case”. And that’s not going to happen.. I absolutely appreciate your empathetic heart, and bravery at revealing to the world the details of your childhood abuse, you have the gifts of empathy, humility and kindness, you also appear to have a met yourself, something these vegan women are yet to do.. self reflection, self-awareness, self honesty and humility are foreign concepts to them. These vegan women are anything but those things, behind those fake smiles are extremely manipulative, competitive, narcissistic women would not give one shit about you and your pain. FRK is Lebanese, I believe. People from that part of the world can go a number of ways regarding ageing. Some age like wine and just become more radiantly beautiful in their 40s - but others age hard no matter how well they care for themselves. Her diet certainly isn't helping, but she might be the type to age quickly regardless. This whole ‘deeper skin tones don’t age’ thing is not only not true, it’s not fair to darker-skinned people who happen to be ageing faster than others through no fault of their own. I’m not saying FRK isn’t to blame for the damage she’s done to herself. I’m just speaking on the topic of skin tone and ageing more generally.
She is half Ecuadorian, half Lebanese. Melanin does have a protective factor, but it doesn't prevent aging. I find Africans in their natural habitat and Europeans in their natural habitat age at similar rates.

If Amanda was selling diet ebooks and talking on iG about how healthy her diet is, feeding her child a diet that was clearly not supporting their growth while promoting it online as healthy, I think it would appropriate consider her appearance in that case, regardless of her life story. However, she is not giving anyone health advice or selling health coaching, books and so on. Life story does not matter once someone starts doing things to harm others, which i dont see Amanda doing
