Sanjeev Kapoor and easyflowing recipe narration is the reason I watch Khanna Khajana. He makes it interesting by casual narration. I like the crockery he uses, the ambience is always fresh n spotlessly clean, which is a benchmark. He gave dignity to cooking by men. Never boring to watch his all veg episodes, as I am a stonch vegereian.

You are a great chef. I am a Hakkanese. This is not Hakka dish. Maybe an Indian version of this dish, but does not matter as long as you like it and taste good. You can get a quasi-authentic Hakkanese food in the US in San Francisco Outer Richmond area. The classic is pork belly stew.

You are right. This is not Chinese in anyway. This is Indo-Chinese. Although, I do think you'll like it. :) You'll find these dishes in Indian restaurants not Chinese ones. Since you are in SF I do hope you'll try it out. :)

Noodles like Rice Kacha rice pakka rice basmati rice like that Right But you can make by that noodle like hakka Noodle chilli garlic noodle chawmein whatever you want to make may be you understood. Noodle is just noodle in paked but you make any kind of noodle by that noodle. Thank you.
