@TheFitRose So glad you liked it! We recently started frying up just the noodles and onions and then topping them with shredded raw veggies (carrots, cabbage, spinach, etc...) and that is good too! God Bless! ~ Erika

@moniquec637 So sorry I missed this comment... Yes! You can definitely add chicken... we've done it several times. Just be sure to cook your chicken first (slightly underdone) and set it aside until the last few minutes of the noodles browning - this way you won't over cook (or rubberize) the chicken.
