If you listen carefully to the solo, it sounds like Slash dropped his pick!! You make those squeeky noises (in the start of the solo) with your hand lightly touching the strings, which also explains the slowly played ending of the solo! Yeah! 10 points to me! :D

In all fairness to Slash, he has played thousands of concerts and has no doubt been flawless in 99% of them. I doubt all you haters out there are great at your job day after day?? Also this is filmed when Slash was still using drugs and alcohol so i think we can excuse him. Besides, he'd drink you all under the table in his day :)

Y'all need to calm down. This is easily one of the fastest solos Slash has written, and is pretty difficult to play itself. Cut him some slack

i look up to slash because when he plays live hes always all fucked up high and drunk and he can still play perfectly like a normal person . i admire that.. how he can control his playing while being soo fucked up on stage.

no you were right. But the Gn'R guys in the band gave Scott the cold shoulder so Scott just made an announcement based on the situation that VR was over. When really they just were being dicks about it. I have no clue it'll be interesting to find out who they get. Sebastian Bach is open... :/
