The cotton candy machine is brilliant. There's a lot of engineering talent in Thailand. But my favorite would be the durian, because I've never had it, and most of the youtube videos show people going to vendors to try real durian, and it looks like you have to buy a large serving. The vending machine lets you try a small amount, that's great for people who aren't used to it.
It look great, but i do wonder how many times does the company service or clean the interior of the machine especially the shaping part where it touch the thing?
Nothing beats having the fruit fresh, but I understand the odor may be off putting to people unaccustomed to it's strong smell so this might act as a stepping stone for them to come get the real experience when they're ready 😁
Except if you have ever tried durian then this frozen processed durian is in no level or close to fresh ripe durian. This is great for tourist and less cultured who want to try it but not experience it in its true full form. It would be like eating a frozen pizza and saying you experienced pizza from Naples.
hey, a thai-canadian here. two of my favorites that i would reccommend to any newcomer to thailand is the tao bin vending machine (apparently really cheap for foreigners) and the seven-eleven vending machine. both of these can basically feed you for an entire day, for under 10-15 dollars. you can find it almost anywhere as well, with drinks and snacks.
@@arlynnecumberbatch1056 Vouch, Thailand, Bangkok specifically has become increasingly convenient over the years and unsurprisingly has become much more cashless with even street vendors, taking QR code payments though I still think cash is necessary for many things.
@@aburn9891 as a Thai. I find the cashless payment to be very convenient. I no longer has to have a wallet with me, just me and my phone and i have no problem with people who wanted to pay with money either. I actually hope they keep both methods, just in case my phone ran out of Internet for whatever reason.
Wow, the orange juice was crazy cheap. In 1980 I used to buy fresh squeezed orange juice at an Orange Julius stand for CDN$4.00! The cotton candy machine was pretty cool; I really liked the shapes and colours. I just love vending machines. And cheap eats 😂
I just love the vending machine videos. Would love to see you go back to some of the places with many vending machines you have been in the past to see what new offerings they have.
hello ladies/mens i am a thai person and i have used those vending machines. it was good and thank you bacon because you visit thailand have some peace and respect.
Just amazed with the cotton candy machine, so fun. But my favourite is the multi drink one. The Ovaltine Volcano looked so good as I drink my hot chocolate and bread this morning.
I actually *“tried”* the orange juice one before. Although I don’t quite remember where. Unfortunately I don’t remember what it taste like, all I know was that it took forever to make the drink. It was a pretty interesting experience. Edit: oh yeah I also remember spilling half of it on my shirt.
I am curious if you guys get recognized when you travel? If so, it would be nice to see that interaction with your fans. But your number 1 fan is my 5 year daughter.
1st adds is should be durian dodol as actual durian if place in freezer or even chiller, the 4th days it will turn watery. Only dodol or durian cakes can keep longer period as due to gluten and sugar.
I love the fact that they ended video and did not give a fake reaction to the cotton candy, the science is amazing but it is not the tastiest since its just regular cotton candy.
That candy floss machine looks really cool we've got nothing like that in New Zealand at all infect New Zealand pretty much vending machine free. New Zealand can be a bit boring and that way.
