Sir , made Badhusha as u said and it was same like yours . Perfect texture so soft melting in mouth even a baby can taste it . Thanks 🙏🏾many ppl commented differently but I go with the proverb appearance are deceptive . There are many videos with rich look but don’t know how the taste will be but as u mentioned my Badhusha melted in my mouth . I am trying for first time and it came out very well . Proud to say that you are the best always. 👍🏻 To mention I have done all your recipes starting from the first panner butter masala to Badhusha followed each and every tips and it gave a Wow every time . Hello Bhat sir, I have been watching your cooking videos from the day one you have started .. This is my first ever comment on your videos. I have tried many dishes starting from paneer butter masala, Udupi rasam powder and rasam, chutney, pavakkai poriyal, mango pickle, gobi manchurian, arachi vitta kuzambu and what not.. Neraya dishes try panniten. As a Madhwa, after learning Udupi rasam, daily veetla Udupi rasam than. Only 6 or 7 dishes I didn't tried so far including this badusha. I have taken the pics whenever I make the dishes.. Very happy and show is really informative and always enjoy watching your videos.. Released Badusha...that I know...its a very soft type that we have done it for princely weddings.... If you want it little harder reduce the soda,baking g powder and vanaspathi by half the quantity I have used here...voila you will get the normal sweet shop types.... This is not a normal dish which we buy at shops. He made it according to his taste like so soft, but the normal baadhusa differs from this, which is liitle hard. He already mentioned that it is his way of cooking this dessert
