Recipe: 3 tablespoon oil 4-5 dry chili 1 tsp kaduggu 1 tsp ulutham paruppu Curry leaves 2 green chilies 1 medium size onion 10-12cloves garlic 200 grams ladysfinger Salt 1/4 tumeric 1/2 chili powder Handful coriander 100-150 grams roasted peanuts powder( you’ll use only half of them)

sir I am from Andhra ... bhendakaya vepudu is made differently in Telangana, coastal areas and in rayalaseema ... tho the ingredients are the same ... for example in one variety ... வெண்டக்காய எண்ணெயில் பொரித்து..then add masala, another variety is garlic and dry coconut (koppirai) is powdered in a mixie along with salt and chilli powder and added .. here we sometimes also fry the வேர்கடலை separately and add .. mebbe you should try these variations ... 👍👍
