From 89-92 I was almost a everyday customer to Durga with my office colleagues while working at the SIET towers. Your Dad personally waited on us every time. Even when we come in very late he very patiently used to personally make the dishes as some employees would not cooperate that late. I have also seen you as boy there! Only now hearing the Teynampet Durga Restaurant name I was able to connect the dots. Had great food all the time - every time the quality was great! Best wishes to your Dad and to you for sharing the recipes.

I tried the sambar recipe today morning it came out very well, i used 75 grams of each dal , it is correct for family of 5, Thank you so much sir, i was trying to find hotel sambar recipe for so many years, atlast today i achieved it bcoz of you, everything is fine like hotel sambar sir, but i didn't achieve the sambar powder color like urs sir , may be bcoz of red chili quality, but the taste is just like hotel, thank you so much sir, sir plz share lunch sambar recipes sir

Your respect for food is incredible👏 I like the way you scrape off everything clean from the pan, which most people won't.. I still remember when you checked contestants dustbins and talk about half used vegetables or fruits.. Rich and Economical at the same time 👍

100 gms Byadgi chillies 100 gms Dry red regular guntur chillies 200 gms Dhania seeds 100 gms Jeera 100 gms Black pepper corns 100 gms Methy seeds... Wow..Chef you are Amazing...We make rasam with these ingredients...of course roasted...Thank you so much 🙏

Ultimate sir.. this sambar i will ever forget in my life.. My husband and Kids enjoyed this sambar and said Amma innum one tumbler sambar thaniya kuduka mudyuma ma, superb ah irukuma apdiyeh kudikanum pola iruku nu.. i had ten idlies with this sambar even others.. I am Devaiah Yogesh from Bhadravathi in karnataka. Although, i am from karnataka, i love the dishes which you are demonstrating. I tried many found tobe very tasty. Your explanation in tamil mixed with english is having so much clarity everybody can understand and the quantity whatever being told during preparation is so accurate and if fallowed, we will get the exact taste of the dishes what is expected.
